Commercial Roofing with Wise Roofing

Unlike a Plumber or Lawn Care, you don't expect to call your roofer once a month. We take pride in the way we approach our work. No job too large, no job too small. Never deal with unsatisfactory workmanship or inefficient installation with Wise Roofing.

How it works

From first call to finished job

  1. Step 1

    Tell us what's going on

Call or send a request with your address and what you're seeing: a leak, missing shingles, hail damage or just an old roof. Photos help if you have them.

  2. Step 2

    Roof inspection

The shingles, flashing, vents, pipe boots and gutters are checked, along with the attic or ceiling where water shows up, to find the cause and not just the stain.

  3. Step 3

    A clear quote

You get a quote that spells out the scope of work and the materials, with options when there's more than one sensible way to fix the roof.

  4. Step 4

    The work and the cleanup

The job is scheduled around the weather and your calendar. When it's done, the site is cleaned up, nails and debris included, and the finished work is walked through with you.

What clients say

4.7

“I am very happy with the new roof that Wise Roofing put on my house. They did the job as I wanted and did not try to pressure me into different products from what I wanted used on my roof. The crew was all friendly and courteous. I really like that the owner of the company is hands-on and involved with the actual roofing job. It is not like other companies where the owner does the bid, but is never involved in the actual roofing job. (…)”

“They did a great job and were very conscientious. Covered plants and cleaned up each day. Recommended to us by 2 friends. Very happy with the results.”

Lisa A.

“After evaluating several roofers, we went with Wise roofing. Mr. Wise appeared to be the most honest, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Of course it's the final result that matters: Mr. Wise and his staff were very pleasant and easy to work with; and the roof was installed correctly with great attention to detail. The work was done on time, at a competitive price, with a great warranty. The roof looks great! We highly recommend Wise roofing.”

FAQ

Commercial Roofing: common questions

How do I know if I need a roof repair or a full replacement?

It depends on the age of the roof and how widespread the damage is. A few missing shingles, a cracked pipe boot or a leak around a chimney can usually be repaired. Shingles curling, cracking or shedding granules across the whole roof, repeated leaks in different spots, or soft decking usually point to a replacement. An inspection tells you which one you're dealing with.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most homes are done in one to three days once work starts. Large or steep roofs, several layers to tear off, decking repairs and the weather can add time. You'll know the expected timeline before work begins.

Can new shingles go over my old roof?

Sometimes, but it's rarely the better choice. A second layer hides the decking, so rot or soft spots go unseen, adds weight to the structure and can shorten the life of the new shingles. Many local codes also allow no more than two layers. A full tear-off lets the decking be checked and repaired before the new roof goes on.

My roof is leaking right now. What should I do?

Move belongings out of the way, put a bucket under the drip and keep people away from any ceiling that is sagging with water. Take photos inside and out. Then get in touch with your address and where the water shows up; a temporary cover can often keep water out until the repair is made.

Should I file an insurance claim for hail or wind damage?

If a storm damaged your roof, have it inspected before you decide. Take photos, write down the date of the storm and check your policy for deadlines on reporting damage. Your insurer sends an adjuster to assess the claim, and knowing what was damaged beforehand helps you follow the process.
